I’ve had a couple encounters with the drive thru employees and I can honestly say it is rarely a pleasant experience. Today was no exception. Luke, the “manager”, was working the drive thru window. He asked for my order and I asked for a minute. After about 30 seconds he asked for my order again, to which I asked him for another minute. 30 seconds passes and I get asked again for my order. I told him, admittedly harsh, that I would let him know when I am ready to order. From that moment, Luke, was extremely short with me including continually cutting me off during my order to ask “that it?” I completed my order and pulled forward. When I got to the window, I asked for the manager. When he informed me he was, I almost had to laugh. There was surely no way he was qualified to lead other employees with such a lack in proper customer service. So I informed him that he should seek some advice or additional training with customer service. He stated that he “remained pretty professional”, which I don’t know of any professional who has to proclaim that. Following being very short and not exactly personable, he swiped my card and just stared at me after handing my card back. After a couple seconds of him just staring at me, I had to ask him for my receipt. Enough was enough at that point so I asked for the store number and his name. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience all around.
