Service is up and down in this store. I can deal with that. But food quality has gone downhill. In trying to cut costs (I assume) they don’t put enough cream cheese on the bagels (my friend has to order a side of cream cheese) and the Chicken noodle soup is nothing but chicken broth. I think I had two noodles and 3 tiny pieces of chicken in mine today. I will never get chicken noodle soup from Tim’s again. Too bad there is no rating category for food quality or consistency. Maybe that is by design.
