So, I have been a regular at this location for a couple years now, despite the visibly dirty countertops, and often dirty tables and chairs, because I always get my food “to go,” but today this younger kid (maybe new manager?) accused me of trying to pass a counterfeit $20 bill even though he specifically said, “I ran it through the machine, and you CAN see Jackson’s image, but the margins around the bill are too narrow.” This bill is counterfeit! Embarrassing? Perhaps a bit, but no big deal, since I clearly knew this teenage kid was wrong (just received the bill in my ATM withdrawal a few mins before going in). I didn’t even bother to ask for the manager, since there were other people waiting. On top of it, this punk was a bit “snotty” about it as well. I totally understand looking out for this if it was a problem, but this kid even said, “I’ve seen counterfeit ones before.” Really buddy? You’ve just lost a regular customer. On top of that, when I told my friend who said that he ordered four breakfast sandwiches at that location this morning, not one of them was the correct order! So they can supposedly spot a counterfeit $20, but can’t put bacon or cheese on a bagel? Or tell the difference between an English muffin or a biscuit? Incompetent. Sad.
I go through the drive thru every week day on my way to work. The girl that works the widow is sweet enough but slow as slow can be- Yesterday I went through and instead of a cup of coffee, I received aa cup of tea with milk and Equal in it. Today, I went through and even asked ‘is this coffee’, the young lady (different from he usual girl but equally slow) says yes. I proceed to give her $5.45 for my $2.45 and order. She gives me change and I proceed to exit the drive thru. Only to realize that she gave me $2 instead of $3 change. I am sure I am not the only ‘victim’ of being short changed by people at this location. I do realize that mistakes happen but two in two days seems to be extreme and maybe your staff is not trained well or not bright enough to use the register correctly- very disappointed and tired of being ripped off
