I have just sat inside the store location ( 5645) for about 45 minutes as I had work to do in between appointments for my job. I got a coffee and sat in the cafe. The staff here, although they were working, cleaning, etc was HORRIFYING !!! I am writing because someone is the owner who spent money opening this location. You deserve to know how terrible your staff is. I have ran customer service businesses for years and I would DIE if I ever heard my staff swearing, yelling at customers, complaining, saying how much they hate their job and the constant use of the “f” word. I am not someone who writes these kind of things but I have never been so appalled. What if I had my young children in here with me!!!??? What would I do if this was my store?? To the owner- do your self a favor and send in some secret shoppers to your store! You owe it to yourself ! Customers, drive five minutes down the road and go to a different location!!!
