Tim Hortons store#1684 is a challenge to work at, especially night shift. Some of the employee’s on nights bash the management and the company. They obviously don’t want to be there. They spend most of the night on their phones. Or cursing out the company. Specifically an employee named Julie. I have heard her gripe about the lack of raises, how the owners have taken away Xmas bonuses and don’t care about the employee’s. She has also complained about Karen ( manager) and how all this person does is find fault with the nightshift.. This leaves the other night shift person to do 80% of the work… It’s not fair or right. Management needs to do something about these issues.
