I visited this store a few times and really appalled by the terrible service after the sever swiped HER OWN points card behind the serving station to collect my points she never asked to give me. Terrible service and every time I visit the staff are so rude and abrupt. Not to mention the drive thru, that’s a whole different story. These staff members are over worked and doing TOO many things at the one time. Not a good customer experience at all. Every time I come my order is wrong or missing something. Not a good experience by Tim hortons.
This location 2009 is very friendly staff and restaurant is clean

During the week I always drop by at this location to get my bfast and coffee, employees are very nice to me , I don’t even mention my order to them in the drive thru, just they can recognize my voice. . That’s really amazing. Thank to all the staff, for their fully attention.
Amazing job to all crew at this location! They are really friendly and helpful to , I’m avid customer at Timhortons if I come mostly in the morning to get my bfast with my wife, I bring my own bag , because I always buy 3 breakfast sandwich and two coffees. Friendly staff they let me sit down in the dining, then they will deliver the food on my table, that was already packed in my bag, that’s amazing experience.
