I normally visit this tim hortons every morning on the way to work this morning going into work and use the drive thru which seem to always have the same person around when I go threw she always makes me smile with saying have a good day see you tomorrow today i decided to get the guys donuts before heading in and this store was tidy and clean but the lady i normally see at the window was running around helping everyone is she the only person that cares about customer service and quality of service if your store had 5 woman or employees that cared like Jamie or Jaime your store would be 5 stars all the way around
21 minutes in the drive thru this morning. Absolutely disgusted. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!!
