On August 1, 2021, our party of three attempted to order three breakfast meals from Ato. It took three attempts to have this dark complexioned, 30ish male remove the additional charge for the hash browns (included with the meals). Only 2 out of the 3 meals were prepared as ordered. Ato made little attempt to have himself understood behind the plexiglass and mask for this hearing impaired person and continued his sullen, glaring demeanor. Later, when we ordered muffins and doughnuts, the service from a middle aged Asian male was friendly and accommodating. The dining area was unusually clean for this establishment. The washrooms required their usual attention.
