It is sad to say that this Tims is probably the worst in Canada. I’ve been to Tims in every provoince and this one has the most problems. This one is right near where I work but I prefer to walk the distance to other coffee shops rather than subject myself to the rude, slow service that I can expect from this Tims. I’m not alone, this Tims is the butt of many jokes where I work.
I know it’s hard to get good employees and when you find them, to keep them but the problems are systemic at this Tims so, I conclude that the problems must be comming from mismanagement.
Sorry to have to say this about any Tim Hortons but, avoid this one at all costs unless you like burnt coffee, confusion, very slow service, attitude, and your order practically thrown at you.
