Tonight I stop to Tim Horton’s I order a trio beef at Drive thru took a while to get serve got my order I took one frie it was completely cold I told her it was cold she told me it was normal I told her you eat cold French fry she close the window and took off with no answer.
The Tim Horton was #2554 in laval
We took a Rafraîchie Tim Peach and a Givré cremeux aux fraises. Selon les normes de Tim Horton’s (our son worked at a Tim Horton’s) le rafraichie Tim is made of Jus de pêche concentré + limonade. Le Givré est fait de coulis au fraise avec de la crème fouettée.
We received no whipped cream and no coulis on the Givré and for the Rafraîchie we receive just a concentrated juice diluted with water.
We try to come in to ask questions… the door was locked(Saturday 3h45pm)… took him 3 minutes to unlock the doors. When we explained that to the guy (because the girl was just looking at us through the window, she was sitting in the Tim doing nothing and eating in front of us) he said that he didn’t know that he was supposed to put whipped cream etc… (it’s on the Tim’s picture!!!)…

Where to start!!! Service rating should be at zero – they don’t desire the 1 star. The staff has no customer related skills. How is Tim Horton allowing this shop to operate under these conditions. Clearly the management is of low class an non existent. They literally demonstrate how annoyed they are when you come to order more than the usual – you’re messing up their routine. You’d be better served if you boxed in your order yourself!!! (haha!!) The only reason I still go there is convenience – close to work (I only buy for when we have employee meetings). If I were to take over, I would let go of the current staff and start over – even if it would mean to close the shop until I get the appropriate staff. This Tim Horton is an abomination to coffee shops!!!
