This is the 2nd time this week we have visited the Winona store and found it to be filthy. Tables not cleared, napkins & straw wrappers on the floor. Earlier this week we took a guest with us to visit your store and he commentted the men’s washrroom was filthy.
I have been a patron since the store opened & it has been my favourit4e Horton’s. Sandy & the lady who can sign (for the deaf customer who use to come in in the mornings) are fantastic. I don’t know what has happened but the evening crew is not doing their jobs. The last time we came the staff were (all 3 of them) were outside talking to someone. No one was watching the store or the till. what’s happened? Has all the good staff gone to Fruitland. I think it will be a while before I go back to Winona and if it still is as dirty, I will leave!! what a shame. I worked in Winona for 20 years and brought a lot of business your way when possible. It is sad to see it detieriate.
I visited this location a week ago. I contacted HQ and still no response so writing a review.
Last Thurs Oct 19, 2023 at approx 17:05 I visited this location. The staff was friendly, the only good thing I will say.
I pulled into drive thru to order a tea. Got to the speaker and a note said headsets broken order at window. There were 3 cars ahead of me. After waiting 5 min with no movement I decided to leave. There is no way out except backing up. So thats what I did. I was almost out when another car arrived and blocked me in!
10 min later when I got to the window I told the employee that they should close the drive thru that it isnt right to keep ppl trapped in line for 15 min. She told me they can’t close bc the owner won’t let them!
This is ridiculous, it isn’t fair to customers or the staff.
I will not be back and I would encourage others to not bother attending.
