I am a regular Tim Hortons client, I visited this location 2 times and the Service was horrible, even the attitude of the staff was very disturbing. On my second visit I ordered a French Vanilla which was given to the next customer on purpose as I was waiting for my bagel. When i ordered my bagel i was given advice to change my order as it wasnt a good combination (ive been having the same bagel for a long time). The person preparing my bagel commented “Wierd taste for food” and repeated the order sarcastically. I dont know if Tim staff get paid to be rude and comment on clients food which we pay for.
