I was here last weekend. The food was so fresh and employees were friendly.
I lined up this morning at Store no 2277. When it was my turn the TH employee decided she should stop serving and fill all her coffee pots etc. There was not one person behind me. Why after waiting in a line up with no one behind me would she just not serve me and proceed on to do her tasks which I then waited and waited. When I asked her about it she commented on how they were short staffed. This is not the customers issue . She then went on to proceed to mumble under her breath, shake her head and said “some people”. This young lady needs a lesson in “customer service” and thinking through what actually makes sense when there is only one customer standing in front of you. Last time at this TH’s. She was extremely rude!!!
I was getting my grilled cheese sandwich at this place when one of the customers pointed out that there is a roach crawling just behind where they make their coffee. It was too late for me to cancel my order as I was waiting for it to be done. The cleanliness of this place is questionable (just look at the people serving). If there is a roach crawling out in the open, i am sure there are lots more inside. Beware of this place.
Come to this location everyday Mon-Fri before work. I’m always amazed by the speed and service (sometimes very rare for Tim Hortons locations); I have a bizarre coffee order and the servers never mess it up or have to ask me to repeat the order. The service is professional, fast, and kind; and I just wanted to say thanks!
I like this Tim’s. Service is quick and the staff are nice. I have only had one so-so coffee here. Usually it is very fresh. Not like some other Tim’s. When you go there in the later afternoon they still have some good donuts to choose from.
This is in response to Mari’s comment.

What do you mean, “…just look at the people serving.” They all look very clean to me. If you do not realize it, unfortunately most food places have cockroaches. And most places try hard to keep them at bay, but I think it would take alot to rid our city of them. I saw one at the eatery at the Eaton Centre and sent an email to one of Cadillac Fairview’s staff. They never replied. I guess next time I will just scream when I see one. All you had to do was bring it to a staff member’s attention or send an email to Tim’s Head Office. But by your comment, you might be happier going to a Tim’s in Yorkville. They may look clean to you. I will continue to buy my coffee at College Park lower level.
The manager is very very rude.
Today I ordered my lunch at the store. The staff seems the manager of the store. She was so mean and served with NO patient at all. I have to admit that Bagel BELT is so good. I’m going to order again… Hope she eats her food for lunch rush hour and work with service spirit!!!
Hoy sábado 20/05 10:00 am, Fueron muy amables y rápidos en su servicio.
The female manager of this location is an unquestionably rude shrew, to the customers and to other employees. She is deliberately insulting. Is this the type that Axel Schwan really wants to represent Tim’s brand? If so, maybe Patrick Doyle needs to fire them both as a lesson in higher service standards to all franchisees.
