Staff at Tim Hortons centennial college is so rude. They never smile. They are working there as if it is their punishment to work. today I bought a cup of coffee and a few cookies. I was having my books and laptop in my hand. I requested them to give me a trey and they refuse to give. If 2 friends are standing together in a line they never take their order together. They have their own rules. I have never seen such a bad staff at any Tim Hortons. They always try to fight with the customer. They never accept their mistakes. Pathetic service I have ever seen at any Tim Hortons.
Arrogant staff.
Terrible costume service, today after ordering tea I asked for a spoon but they didn’t give me 😡😡 and ignored me like I am not even there …. disgusting costume service… will never buy anything from Tim Hortons!!
