  4. This place is really badly managed
    I work at the Timmie’s in Thorold Ontario

    I got injured at work, ( bruised right shoulder( 12:10pm Dec 2 thanks to the lady with glasses and dark haired ( Trish ) on Drive though

    She came into the back room where I was getting tray’s down (I was on the ladder).
    She pushed open the door a couple of inches. I told her that I was getting tray’s down and on the ladder.
    She closes the door then Fling’s it open stating that she needs to get through. This knocks me off the ladder. I landed in my feet but then tripped over the garbage bags hitting my right shoulder

    No discipline was given to Trish!! Not even when she admitted that she knew I was behind the door ( so clearly it wasn’t an accident).
    She only apologized when Melanie made her. Cause I complained to Melanie about the fact that she had intentionally harmed me and didn’t apologize for it.
    Mel and Trish that she wasn’t trying to hurt me, yet she admitted that she knew I was behind the door . What did she think would happen?!
    I have had to call the Ministry of Labor and get them involved ao we can get the safety issues addressed. Meanwhile my shoulder is black and blue and I can’t work. 😠
