I do think they really try to do their best.
Sometimes new staff don’t know enough to know how to do it right.
Yes, sometimes drive thru is slow.
The seating area is not well divided and not enough tables. New change would be good. No need one table and two chairs in front o TV, must put regular table and chairs.
