Every morning when we go through the drive thru it ends up being very slow. There is an older woman who works there and if she’s at the window you can count on waiting! I’m not sure what her name is but the other people are quick and friendly. When we get to the window she is OFTEN not wearing a hair net or gloves. She hands our coffee out the window with her hand on the top of the cup after handling everything else around her including her hair! It’s pretty gross. Please remind your staff how to properly and cleanly do their job. Bring back the tray you used during covid!! 1star for her and 5 for all the other drive-thru staff.
