This morning at Tim’s I opened my car door and my left foot stepped on the edge of a large pot hole in the parking lot right near the entrance. My ankle twisted the wrong way. My foot lost balance and I fell onto the ground, badly shaken up, both knees badly scraped and bruised. My left elbow and arm are bruised, swollen and in pain. I hope the pot hole is fixed tomorrow!! Now a few hours later my body is in agony and I on on painkillers. The manager was kind enough to write up a report but I am still shaken up by the traumatic experience.
