  1. This Tims has the worst drive-thru in St. Catharines…! Easy bogged down creating huge line up at the drive thru window. Coffee is inconsistent and most of the time coffee is warm not hot. I would say avoid the drive thru at this location.

I’m a regular customer here and I use the internet in store as I don’t have access to internet in my apartment, so I often buy drinks and food at this location and use the internet to send emails and do schoolwork. Today early in the morning, I entered the store and sat down immediately and opened my laptop before getting my usual coffee as I had an urgent issue to do deal. Just as I was about to get up to order my coffee, I was interrupted by who I assume was either the General Manager or the owner of this Franchise yelling at me in front of everyone to buy something or to get out of there. I was extremely thrown off by this attitude as I have always had a pleasant experience with the rest of the staff and had started liking going to this store. As a loyal customer that spends hundreds of dollars a month at this branch, I do no think that I deserved this sort of treatment as it was humiliating and very degrading and no one deserves to be treated like that.

    Tremont is the closest location to my house, however they ALWAYS mess up my order. Forget surger. Put cream instead of milk. Make it wrong completely.
    Not only is the accuracy ridiculous, they also offer the worst customer service. (There is only one cheerful lady in the place)

    Today’s situation;
    I add foam to my ice coffee, which I pay an extra $1.20 for.
    I literally get a drop of it. I’ve try now 4 times ordering it and always the same. So today I kindly asked if they could add more foam. They were not polite and said I’d have to pay for extra.

    Any other locations I stop at, if out of the city always gives me a decent amount, where you can at least taste it. So I know it’s just this location.

    My issue is they customer service here is so terrible. I have heard the management yell or raise their voice to the staff on multiple occasions now.

    I’m officially boycotting this location all together.
    I miss when Tim Hortons had real customer service and cared about their quality.
