Every Sunday (or Saturday (epending on the weather) since the first weekend they opened I ride my little red Yamaha to this Tim Hortons and every time, the service is excellent. Even the day they had a power failure and ran low on goods, they were friendly, polite and did a great job.
I’ve been to a Tim Hortons in every province and this one is without a doubt, the best!
Every riding season I look forward to my one-milk-one-sugar-double-chocolate-donut in Lancaster.

So rude in the morning!
There is one extremely rude lady that works in the morning at the drive through desk.
She gets flustered extremely easily and then becomes defensive.
Her whole demeanor changes as if she is enraged!!!
Very scary and it’s supposed to be all about service!!!
Why abuse your patrons, your serving coffee, it’s not life or death!
