This restaurant has gone down hill since the manager: George, left for another location about a year ago. It is never clean in there anymore; I will not eat anything from it anymore; I observed a manager:who’s name is Gina, one day with blue gloves on doing garbage outside and then 5 minutes later, I saw her in the restaurant handling apple fritters and putting them on the trays in glass show case in the front of the store with the same blue gloves on. That’s the last time I ate anything from that restaurant.
The men’s washroom is a total disgrace, it’s always filthy dirty and the hand dryer is ancient, you may as well just blow on your hands to dry them, it would be faster.
The line-up inside the store is usually at least a half hour wait; and here’s the kicker: they have all the employees that seem to know what they’re doing on the drive-through area which gets customers by between 25 seconds to 3.5 minutes, they have a timer up on the wall there for all to see; This does NOT make sense, if I park my vehicle and walk in the store I think I should at the very least get the same amount of service as the ones just sitting in their vehicles going through the drive-through.
The staff on the front counter seldom gets a simple order correct, 9 times out of 10, they need to fix some mistake they made just putting a coffee and doughnut together. Seems that all the experienced staff are located at the drive through area.
The staff are usually very friendly but complain incessantly about how incredibly inept the management of the store are; and they would seem to have a good reason.
