to the owner of this store ……i find your work ethics are poorly run ,yournew assistant mamager there dont hav a clue whats hes doing ,he passes off everything to people you pass over and over again for the job you make promises you dont keep how can you run a business this way .as a custoner i dont think now i will bother paying the store in thamesville visits now .we have alot of friends and faimlty here and what you did to one of your employess is far more terrible then any thing i have ever seen .guess you have to be a drug addict or alcoholic to work in the management department of your stores ,from what ive seen thats all you have hired for them jobs , unbelievable and i will post this on facebook as well .i just cant believe you can do this to the one person in your store that actually cares about your store .i dont think i have to put an name to her i believe you know just who im referring to . very upset customer ,,,,,
Service was quick, too quick. Have you ever had an English muffin that was barely toasted? An awful experience with food quality. Ordered two simply sausage. Sandwiches were awful. English muffins were very soft and not toasted. Not happy at all, too far away on highway to return them.
I had moved away from T.H. coffee because it did not match the exceptional taste and pricing of MacDonald’s coffee. When I saw the new “buy 7 get next one free” promotion, it encouraged me to try again. I am terribly disappointed and frustrated. I went on the Tim’s wifi at Ridgetown to get my rewards app. It took forever. Then when I finally got the app, it disconnected before I reached the cash register. That was a bad start but I hadn’t even got my coffee yet ! MY COFFEE WAS HORIBLE !!! IF I WANTED A CUP OF HOT WATER, I COULD HAVE STAYED HOME AND SAVED THE TRIP AND THE $2.00. It looks to me like they are overfilling the coffee pots to sell more coffee per pot. If they want me back, they need to stop that!!
