  3. Visited Ottawa over the Christmas holidays, and had the unfortunate opportunity to visit this location. I can say so many negative things about this location, but it would seem that I have a vengeance against someone there, so I won’t go into extreme detail. I think head office should send some secret shoppers there to find out for themselves. The service was average at best One employee at the till, and another sitting in one of the window sills, looking like she just came off a week long binder. I didn’t even know she was an employee until I noticed the hair net.
    I wanted a donut, but the selection was very slim, and what was available would have required a jack hammer to remove a lot of the excessive glazing. I was on vacation, so I didn’t bring my jack hammer, or any other heavy duty tools that would have been required to do the job. Too bad, so sad for me 🙁
