I do not like going to this location. The service is horrible and needs to be changed to grow business or even just keep it. I have been left waiting for more than 20 min while there were more than 5 people behind the counter and the line up was two people, making me late for work. I have called the night before for a large order and have showed up for it the next morning and it was not ready. I have called to have a credit card receipt replaced and was told that the store number I pulled from the credit card statement was the wrong location and it was not the wrong location. I was hung up on after I inquired about replacing the receipt – I was told they were not interested – click.
Service and team flow is the basis of a good business (even if the name is established) and if you don’t have that then you will slowly lose your business in a very heavy economic downturn. You should work on keeping your customers before you lose them.
