Waited in line behind 2 cares today, and it took almost 12 minutes to get my order. Then, they didn’t have enough coffee to fill my large and asked me if that was okay – almost like they were going to charge me for an unfilled cup. When I commented, the new manager told me to leave…At that point, I cursed at him. This location is sketchy at best when the Friday staff is on. The regular staff are quick, efficient and polite. I returned later to get a comment card and the ‘Manager” behind the counter thought he owned the store and told me to get out… IT’s not a full fledged Tim Hortons, and he has no right to tell anyone to get out… the ‘relief’ staffing really needs to be reviewed.
When I left there were 10-12 cars waiting…. This isn’t service.
