  4. Hi there,

    I have come a little bit late as this situation occurred on November 29, 2019 a little before lunch. As a Tim Hortons worker myself, I was very disappointed and shocked at such behaviour demonstrated by your employees. I had been waiting for my sandwich for over 5 minutes when this occurred. One South Asian male was seen freely wearing Airpods assuming he was listening to music while on duty. At my workplace, this is absolutely unacceptable. Another Asian male was seen singing around and lethargically performing his tasks. There were very few workers who were diligently working and catering to customers, one heavy and short South Asian lady and two old men one of whom was a Baker. I am a regular customer at this specific Tim Hortons, I have let go of quite a few things before but some things have to be called out. At my workplace, we have respect for the work we do and our managers. I believe at 3072 Tim Hortons, the manager should be given a stricter training so they don’t show leniency towards their employee; so much so that the employees stop respecting their jobs and the management.
