Today I decided to use change from my car to pay for a breakfast sandwich combo . I proceed to order and then hand over the change , I’m then told by a lady named Audrey she legally can deny my order because of the kind of change I chose to use ( quarters and dimes ) in a rude tone of voice . I then apologized again and couldent help but think people use change everyday at these types of locations . Anyway my overall thoughts on this location is slow and rude , I’ll be going to the Hyde park location from now on .
About 3 weeks ago I wrote a review about how upsetting our experience was at this Tim Hortons. You have really improved all the points I outlined such as your floors are now clean and the washrooms aswell. Happy to see hand sanitizers and face masks are available upon entrance and your staff is quick and courteous. Our experience is much more enjoyable and keep up the good work.
