Some observations from a resident of Lively.
The employees at the location are a very friendly and pleasant crew, but our local Tim’s has some challenges.
Many times, we were not able to order some items;as they often seem to be out of stock or performing maintenance on equipment.
Confusion present at front-counter when ordering in-person, often slow at drive through due to an apparent “one-order / one car through” approach.
Have taken to driving 12 km extra to the Lorne Street location in Sudbury where they are able to process orders more efficiently.
If this was just a one-off occurence, I would not comment, but this has been an on-going concern for quite a while. I might start recording the dates and times of these issues for further resolution withe store management
