Easily the slowest Tim Horton”s anywhere. My husband spent an unacceptable TWENTY THREE MINUTES in line at the drive thru waiting for one coffee and one tea. This is not unusual … I usually am at least ten minutes getting through. We will never be back to this store again.
Store 1720 is not the problem. The problem is with the Tim Hortons app. The latest issue (not the first) is that I have to type in a location every time to get my favorites and it rarely will give me nearby locations. If I use the map to search it thinks I am in Toronto. I called for support and was transferred to a company which required payment. I have had my phone settings checked by a prominent tech support company and they stated that my phone is setup properly. Another prominent phone provider said it wasn’t worth their time to check my phone because of the number of problems they have encountered with the Tim Hortons app. I would rate your app and tech support somewhere between a 0 and a 1. If you want your app used, make it work. Your competitors seem to be able to do this.
