The worst service ever. I ordered a donut, a cinnamon rolls and the cinnamon puffs. Everything was thrown into one bag and when asked to separate them the cashier was fine but another worker approached me as I was questioning a friend who works at Tim Hortons; if this is how all the locations pack. He was rude and is unfit for a customer service job. He told me this is how it’s always done and told me to get out of the store. Didn’t seem as though a manager was on the Floor. I’ve worked In the Customer service field and we were always told to respect our customers. Proper training needs to be provided.
Awesome store to visit! Always friendly and fast! Staff is always happy and enthusiastic!!
