Pretty good service. Like how quick it is in the evening. Not bad in the mornings. Fresh food.
I used to always use this Tim drive thru until Nov 1/15, when the drive thru employee “Tanya” was rude to me. She was having trouble hearing me and then said to the other girl working that I was not speaking up. The other girl in turn said she could hear me clearly. I was very upset and informed them so when I got to the window. Will still be calling to complain to the owner. If she was going to complain about patrons at least shut off the mic.
When I visited this store there were no customers in the drive through or the lobby, yet the FIVE employees working ignored me as I stood at the register waiting to order. They were too busy talking about their personal lives to serve me and, even when they established that no one had attended the front counter (they spoke as if I wasn’t there), they didn’t serve me. I ended up turning around and leaving and went to the Tim Hortons on Main and Dundurn, which is always outstanding. Don’t visit this store. It is a total joke. It seems good customer service is a thing of the past.
