worst Tim Hortons ever. Especially the ignorant young girls working drive thru.
Go to one of the other 2 good timhortons just down the road..you’ll be glad you did!
There are 4 on woodlawn the two in the middle are TERRIBLE pls just take my advice.
I have been visiting this Tim Hortons for over 6 years now, at least 3 times a day as it is close to my house. The last little while, the service on afternoons/nights has been excruciatingly slow (sometimes over 5 min wait in drive thru with one car ahead). They have messed up our coffees frequently and we have had to go back on more than one occassion to get it fixed.
Last night I had to turn around and go back after being half way to work, to get the coffee replaced. Again this morning, they messed up. We order a lg triple triple and a medium 3 cream 2 sugar. Last night I got a medium regular and today we got one with maybe 1 cream and 3 sugar (it tastes like) and one with maybe 1 cream and 1 sugar.
I am seriously contemplating driving out of my way to avoid this Timmies from now on. The machines automatically dispense and the order is on the screen. HOW does it get messed up?!
Side note: weekly day shift is usually good and fast as long as the regular staff is working.
Visited this Tim hortons this morning at 12:45 Amon April 21 and the guy working the night shift is very rude to the customers
Among other issues, This is one of the most poorly managed Tim Hortons I’ve ever seen.
