I visited this store (across from Stone Road Mall) on Jan 12 while visiting a sick pet at the OVC clinic. I placed my order for a chai tea latte, however when I opened the cup, it was a plain chai. I returned to the counter and apologized, but said that it was plain chai and I had ordered a latte. The cashier passed my message on to another woman who promptly produced another cup which turned out to be a coffee latte. I returned once again and was given another cup with the proper drink it and at that point was informed that I needed to be more careful when ordering as this was the third drink they had had to give me (yeah, because THEY screwed up). Very poor and unprofessional manner IMO. Pigs will fly before I will go back.
