Lazy management, overbearing owners, hypocritical managers and owners, unsafe modifications, mass favoritism and sexism, horrible layout, owners do not follow protocol while in food service area, many employees without proper foot wear, shelving not properly secured to walls, unjust firing of employees due to personal problems with owners and management, many employees are not fully trained, high possibility of pest infestation, uses goods not obtained from proper TDL distribution center, constant service of food and drink that does not meet Tim Hortons standards, all around incompetent owners that have no idea how to run a business without bias towards employees and customers.
I belong to a group of loyal seniors, whose friends and families bring you considerable business. I was doing coffee and donut purchases on Thursday,October 8, 2020 Here is a problem that you should know about .
I was wearing a fresh mask held on with elastic loops.
Through my stay in your lineup, The correct part of the mask covered my mouth. I was asked to place my order. Large coffee Double double. IThen asked how much two chocolate donuts might also cost. Before the counter staff would help me she demanded that Icover my nose.The request was met with compliance. Like many customers, I totally understand this request during our COVID 19 crisis.
I could feel my anxiety level getting provoked. My impatience crept into my response when the counter person addressed me saying I can,t hear you mister..I discovered they could not understand my voice because my white mask impeded the needed communication. Tim Hortons staff had become more interested in winning this ridiculous mask fight. I repeat that I visit the Speedvale Tim Hortons establishment with various person who are currently wearing masks and making purchases.
I expect you to address this issue Is this lack of respect the future treatment which we are getting ready to tolerate..A apology might include a gift certificate from Tim Hortons, Speedvale Mall, Guelph
