I was in the side 2 of this drive thru, where you can have a passenger. The lady taking our order asked what she could get for us, we proceeded to order 1/2 bagels and she interrupted saying “do you have a passenger?” Which I understand because people go through without one, we proceed to order bagel 2/2c and pull up to the window. Where I was told my total before I was even at the window, no big deal. I said debit and the tone of this lady’s voice while saying “what??” sounded a bit pissed off. So I paid and was given my bagels, I said thank you and the worker did not say a word to me. No “your welcome” or “have a good day”, I understand it may have been a rough worl day, but as a customer and a former employee of tim hortons, you have to put on a nice formal attitude for your customers. That being said I’m putting in a complain about your worker Carrie, not that this is a big deal, however I have heard she has been this way on multiple occasions with my friends.
