The forest Ontario Tim Hortons drive thru sucks every order is made wrong i ordered a sausage wrap with extra bacon on it and I only got the bacon not sausage, my large coffees are always ahalf full. Some of your employees are not every polite.
Waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru only to have received my order very wrong… Went back inside and was told to wait in line again (toddler in tow which was the point of the drive-thru) pay for the things I was missing again even though I’d already paid? I don’t like leaving bad reviews but the customer service and the work ethic of the employees working together this morning was terrible and extremely inefficient.
