The majority of service workers at this location are extremely defensive when THEY make a mistake with my order and I ask them politely to correct it. They usually tell me I’m wrong first off. It’s basically like accusing me of lying. Then they give me a hard time about having to correct it. Then they treat me poorly. First of all, I didn’t make the mistake, they did. Secondly, I’m paying for something that should be made how I ordered it. Finally, you make me feel absolutely horrible for having to ask you to correct it. And usually, but not always, there is NO apology, just rudeness and attitude. Others in this town have had the same thing happen to them. My experience at this Tim’s is the worst I’ve ever been treated. And one more thing, being told rudely at the speaker that I’m wrong and my concern, based on my experience, is not true is also the same thing as calling your customer a liar. Guess what guys, everyone makes mistakes. That’s not my beef here. It’s how you go about treating your customers and correcting the issue. Making it right for your customers. Making it so your customers don’t DREAD having to deal with your insecurities and your immature temper tantrums!
I ordered thru drive thru (on work break) Sunday Aug 9, 20 about 10 – 1010 A.M.
ORDER – breakfast Sandwich on biscuit with bacon – large dd coffee..
RECEIVED
plain bagel – barely toasted – 2 hash browns
NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT HAPPY –
I had to get back to work – did not see error until I was back at work.
