Very unprofessionally customer service gesture at drive thru window to pick my orders .. Lady was very rude and liar. When she open the window , you can tell she not there to serve . She just told me 10.10 ( I am supposed to know 10:10 ? ). She did not even confirm my order ( and that what she supposed to do )
I will say she’s a liar because just claimed she said “ Good Morning “ , but she did not.
It’s doesn’t really matter , because you can tell by the look that she not a customer oriented woman.
That’s why I snapped and say something they I’m not supposed to say.
I have in my camera and I am more than happy to show it if needed. Even to upper management.
