Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too. The management was rude, the shelves were pretty much empty. The only good thing was the employees were very friendly and kind.
I was at this Tim hortans and I seen a young behind the counter, I over heard the staff talking to him his name is “David” he is a very important staff member to, you guys are very lucky to have that stunning young man at your work place
P.s I would like to hire him
Staff was very friendly especially the afternoon staff. Very clean and well stocked shelves. My rode was correct and made quickly!
Hello Tim hortins I m Ernie Giroux and I would like to make a formal compliant about the service my wife and I recieved at the grande prairie Tim Horton’s in the westgate location , we arrived there at 8:35pm today February ,07/2018. When we got to the drive through order area we waited for like 5 minutes before the guy asked what we wanted and he says were on a break so I ordered a xlg darkroast coffee with triple triple and a earl gray tea xlg with only two sugar then I told him I have a winner for my coffee and I’ll pay for the tea, and when I paid him he said that’s $5 I said why then he said with a snotty aditued because you have to give me the winning ticket so I gave him the ticket and paid $2:50 for the tea and we drove off then when tried our drinks they were both black , well this isn’t what we paid for, and if that boy doesn’t like his job,well maybe he should find a job he will like and where hr can give shitty service to the customers
