I usually go to this Tims @ night time!! The girl who works drive through absolute amazing!! Love to see her smiling face ,,I never ever waited more than few minutes!! She serves the customers really quick!! I think she works only weekend nights ,, I don’t see her during weekday nights!! But every Tim Horton needs more employees like her!! Not sure about her name, but thanks for always making good coffee as well as for your wonderful drive-thru service!!!!!
WORST location.
Received hairs in my drinks
Wrong items (not mistakes. Carelessness)
Called and received no quality customer service and was told I was wrong.
(The first time they made a mistake, a nice gentleman named Austin fixed my order. He seems to be the only who enjoys and cares)
Any time after that i relieved no compensation, no indearment that I just wasted my money. Was told I was wrong and it was a different location.
When I got through the window I get no response to my “thank you” or “goodmorning” just the debit machine or my items shoved in my face.
Often forgets straws when I’m told “it’s in the bag”
Will NOT be returning and will continue to spear my experience to others about this location.
