Worst customer service of anywhere i have ever been. Most of the ppl working at that location obviously hate their jobs and life in general. I work in the mall. I’m there 6 days a week. I love timmies coffee but refuse to go there after repeated terrible customer service experiemces I now go out of my wayntomget a McDonalds coffee on my way in and have not had one negative experience there yet
We have given up on this location. Every time we go, the order is screwed up.
It seems the staff don’t know what the hell we are trying to order.
We speak plain English.
Terrible experience today. Ordered a milk for my child, a bagel, then ordered a meal for myself. I was waiting for my meal when I realized that I didn’t order my drink for my meal, just the side. So I told one guy and said if I didn’t get charged don’t worry, if I did I’ll get it now. No big deal. So the guy who served me shouts from across the way “You ordered a chocolate milk!” Then get a big attitude while I told him what I ordered and that the meal comes with it’s own drink. He assumed the milk was what I wanted even though I ordered it first. Simple misunderstanding but no. He has the nerve to shout at me that I have to TELL him and that he doesn’t have a button to push that says its a meal. I just said forget it. After almost 10 minutes in line this is what I get. To top it off, the food was awful.
The women at this location are so rude. I wish they’d get replaced with decent employees who were good at customer service. Every time I’ve had to interact with them I try to kill them with kindness, but they’re still awful. I’ve seen so many other bad reviews about their customer service online when I checked, as well. These women seem to have chips in their shoulders and are taking them out on the customers. Too bad I like the coffee, because I hate having to deal with these unpleasant people. I may have to jump ship to Starbucks.
This location struggles to begin with, and now told that owner will not allow double-cups anymore. Another strike. Life’s simple pleasures compromised.
It is obvious the owner does not know much when it comes to customer service.
For almost a month now they Capp machine has not been working properly
When ordering something customers should not have to almost beg for napkins
Maybe the owner should eat cinnamon buns or other types of sticky buns without a napkin
I think it is time I take the 1500.00 that my wife and I spend here in a year elsewhere.
This is gross harrasment, rudeness, very unprofessional and caused too much shame as well as embarrassment to us as customer. The staff-Brooklyn did a mistake of our ordered coffee and even the sandwich when we told her that’s not our ordered coffee we know our coffee we didn’t ordered double double due to health concerns to much sugar then she was upset asked as to pay again for her mistakes my friend told her that is your mistake why you are charging us again and we are yelled by her that next time you should not come here at Tims and I will not serve and you’re all not acceptable here. We told her you better respect people. You are rude and the one who commit a mistakes not sorry and now threatening us. You are unprofessional and you embarrassed us in front of all customer. The customer there told us to get her name and report to the higher ups management of Tims at the main office not only to manager her disrespectful behaviour is too much to handle that she threatened us in front of other customers. The attitude and rudeness is too much and unacceptable. She should not work as front-line staff if she doesn’t know to respect customer. She lied and keep on committing mistakes then after that threatened us. The embarrassment she did and the threat she uttered to us witness by other customer there who told us we should call the police for her. We don’t like this scenario but if it will not be reported and do something about this the more its not corrected she will doing that over and over again to other customer. We all have social responsibility that staff who is doing this to the customer which is the lifeblood of your business should stop doing it. Sooner your customer will boycott your business and transfer to other coffee shop not Tims. The image and good customer service is imperative and vital to the success of your business.
We hope that you will have the opportunity to do action to solve these problem that keeps on happening. This is actionable and necessary to improve your customer service and for the success of your business venture. We have a social responsibility for respect, peace and safe environment for everybody.
