I am so very disappointed at Walmart Tim Hortons!!! I asked for 4 coffee and a bagel max 10 min I should be waiting 45 min Lacey took my over I asked her 3 Tims where my bagel was this girl in a white shirt no hat on kept walking away when I went to ask her Kelly bob was either just starting at or came back from. Break I came in at 12 and didn’t get out till 1:15 Kellybob came over and asked if I needed anything I told her my 4 coffee and a bagel it took her just over a min and I had everything and she gave me a free coffee thing and a very real apology!!! I will NEVER be coming back to that Tim Hortons if kellybob not working she’s amazing and for a kid it’s just insane when a grown women ignores me and it takes Kellybob as a student to re make my coffee thank you so very much Kellybob! Ur an aMazing worker!
This location is the worst if you want hash browns. Long slow line up and 9 times out of 10 when I get to the front to place my order they say “we don’t have any hash browns.” Waste of time going here. I wish they would put up a sign so as not to waste peoples time. I made that suggestion and they ignored me and sarcastically called “have a nice day” while I was leaving. Terrible customer service practice.
