  1. Dirty, sticky tables always.
    Often dirty seating.
    Sometimes nice and friendly service with a smile, other times the service is without a please and thank you at all.
    Often service is slow, even if it is not busy with the whole crew of about 8 people running all over the place, but none at the counter.
    If it is busy, why don’t they serve coffee while waiting in line for five minutes?
    Why is there tables without chairs. Does the broken furniture not get replaced?
    Why are they wasting time writing with a greasy white pen on my single order of coffee how much sugar is in the cup? It is annoying since it gets in my fingers if I am not careful in the vehicle.
    The disabled parking places are poorly marked (paint is worn). Non-disabled people often park there.

  2. Too many servers at drive-thru, none at counters.
    Servers don’t look at you in the eyes with a please and thank you.
    Who wipes the seats and tables??????
    Need to repaint disabled spots pls.
    Check and clean toilets (paper) more

    WHERE are the chairs?????

  3. This is the dirtiest Tim Horton’s l have ever been in. I have never seen staff clean a table. There are 3 tables with NO chairs. I have actually seen people sitting on the window sills inside & floors drinking their coffee.
    The store is not large enough and the washrooms are not clean and sanitary and would not and have not ever used them.
    The drive thru access through the parking is extremely dangerous. Personally l would close location and build a new clean efficient store. It should be in town.
    The service is very slow. You should have a dedicated cashier for just tea & coffee because quite often there is no one at the cash register because they are off making lattes and fancy drinks so subsequently we stand and wait

    Personally l think you need to review your whole service
    There never seems to be anyone in charge; especially in the evening.
    Overall this is a very poorly run establishment. I used to go very often, now maybe twice a month, l just find it too frustrating

  4. Two month later. The tables are clean now.There are still eight years chairs missing. Two tables are without chairs. Parking for disabled is fixed. Service with a smile is getting better.

  5. The above post should read three month ago instead of two.
    And the good news is that today,one day later,there are now only five chairs short.:-)
