I was just at this Tim Hortons, walk in and dont see anyone, wait for a bit and noticed everyone that was working ( which was all of three people) were all by the drive-through. So my husband kindly asked if anybody was working the front, one of the ladies from the drive-through looked over at us with a nasty look on her face and say yes she’s making sandwiches right now when she’s done she’ll come. Wow lady that was totally rude. You should probably have more than three people working at the dinner hour, and maybe more than one person working counter and making food. Then you have to people working the drive thru. Overall it was not a very nice experience and we left.
