I am not a fan of the manager (Jen) at this location. I constantly have issues and she does nothing to help resolve them, often making them worse. I have been given old fashioned plain timbits after ordering birthday cake on multiple occasions and was told it was my fault. Not a fan!!! Will no longer give this poorly run establishment any money.
