I was just at this location. I watched a male worker drop an onion on the floor. Then he proceeded to put it on the cutting board. I told the cashier what I saw and that this is a major health violation. She literally just stared at me. So I told he she needs to advise the woman about to prepare the onion that she needs to peel the onion then wash the cutting board. The cashier timidly said ok. I walked to the door and waited to see if she was going to say something but she didn’t. She looked over at her a couple of times but said nothing and continued serving the next customer. Appalling!!!!
