Polite employees , accurate orders , wish there where more people on shifts later in the day for better service
employees need to re-watch training videos, and understand that when you pour a coffee/tea from a half brewed pot, it tastes watered down and gross. literally 10 times Ive brought it to their attention, and probably 50 times its happened.
What is wrong with this Tim Hortons. Nothing is in stock. One day no cold brew, one day no bagels, except plain, one day no soup, one day no Boston cream donuts,. Always having to re-order because they don’t have it made. This is ridiculous. I’m changing my Tim Hortons to McDonald’s.
