I live in New Waterford Nova Scotia, a small town with one Tim Hortons to get my coffee from every morning. Recently me and my friends were talking about the store letting a young man that stands at the the drive-thru exit asking for money every day. He gets there around 8:30 and stands there until 11. Like I said it is a small town and everyone knows that he is getting the money for drugs. He stands with a cane that he doesn’t need, he only has it to use in case he gets in a fight. we saw him use the cane to hit someone, then he ran away so the police wouln’t see him. My friends and I work in a nearby city and are going to start getting our coffee there to avoid the awkward feeling of trying to avoid eye contact with the guy when leaving the New Waterford store.
Service at New Waterford Tim Horton’s is terrible.
The staff is too concerned about getting a tip.
The drive thru is slow but inside is even worse and the parking lot needs to be cleaned more regularly.
Not impressed!!!
I do not like how the manager treats the staff! On a number of occasions while in the store the manager belittles staff calles them name and that makes my visit to the store very uncomfortable. I feel bad that the staff are taking this abuse yoyr work place should not be like this!
I love Tim Hortons in New Waterford especially Leighann she is the best employee ever. Very friendly and kind. I am not a lazy person so I do not need to compain about drive thru there. If you do not like drive thru go inside you bunch of lazy friggers.
The Tim Hortons in New Waterford used to make good tea and iced coffee until they decided to hire a bunch of crack heads and old ladies.. Now when I get my iced coffee it tastes like ass and there’s never any ice in it. I’m sick of it Winnie needs to get her shit together and fire all of the new staff and start getting workers who actually know how to make a good cup of coffee.
I was recently at the Tim’s in New Waterford,and the assistant manger has got to be the rudest person I have every come across.It doesn’t matter if customers are around or not,she shouldn’t be dealing with the public.
I was just served at Tim’s in New Waterford by Marie,she was so nice,making sure she got my order the way I wanted.👍
the parking in the NW Tim’s drives me crazy. management let the local “friends” park how and where ever they wish even if it is blocking the main throughway. today there was a car parked in a very dangerous spot totally out in the middle, no where’s near any legit parking spot for hours. after watching several other customers having a tough time navigating around it I finally inquired as to why it was there to begin with. turns out it belongs to one of their employees. not sure what was more disturbing, the fact the employee didn’t give a crap, or the fact that the manager (another piece of work) couldn’t be bothered to do anything about it. it wasnt like they were busy. 4 in the restaurant, 1 car in the drive through. the coffee is not great but it’s close to where I live but i’d be damned if i’m gonna risk damaging my car to maneuver around some employee’s irresponsible driving habits.
Bunch of Karen’s who sit around sniffing eachothers butts. Makes the food taste like shit. Very unhygienic.
Nicole the manager has fishy fingers and leaves her stench on every coffee she touches.
Numerous times I’ve had orders messed up and it’s a huge inconvenience dealing with this location. The Manger Nicole is just awful to deal with having her yell at me with a car full of children. I’ll never go back to NW Tim Hortans again. Just discusting. She is not fit to work in customer service dealing with people. I feel bad for all the other employees that have to spend a full shift with that monster.
Tim Hortons New Waterford location is the worst location in Nova Scotia I’m sure of it at this point. My office moved to NW in March and I’ve been going to there off and on since the move. In this limited time I’ve had some huge errors in my order, BLT sandwich that they substituted bacon with turkey (WTF) , a tea made with creamer, an everything bagel with the worlds smallest portion of cream cheese squished to one side of the bagel & a half everything bagel half cinnamon raison bagel ( how the hell). Staff act like your inconveniencing them when you ask for a correction, the coffee made with creamer they refused to accept it but still replaced my order, leaving me stuck with a full cup of useless tea and no trash receptacle outside the building. Furthermore the products taste like crap, bad supply chain or the equipment on site needs a through cleaning, the bagels only seen the heat they show no signs of toasting.
The whole town needs an enema.
