excellent service ! a very friendly group. I love my coffee in the mornings and I love the respect I get from everyone
The worst service I have ever had at Tim Hortons. This is about the fourth time that I have went inside to order and everytime I have been completely ignored by staff. I know you cater to the drive-thru but in a place like Mahone Bay with lots of foot traffic you would treat your inside customers better. The staff keep their backs to you and don’t even acknowledge that you are there.
Worst customer service ever! Since when, is it okay yo wear the same gloves, touch everything and never change your gloves or wash your hands. Just cus you have gloves on does not make them clean. I was handed a box of food and the box was so greasy and gross I had to ask for a new one. To which the work took my food back and then made fun of me to her co worker. This is just one example of how they treat their customers. Just do better and wash your hands.
