I absolutely cannot stand this store. No hospitality whatsoever. All they care about is the money and productivity.
I have been a customer of Tims store 102 and I a very impressed by one of your employees Ally . She is very customer minded and very friendly always smiling. I always know when she is working cause the store is in ship shape very clean . if she sees the table need to be cleared and clean , chairs put back in place ans always with a smile . I love going there when she is working ans yes she is an older woman who knows how to greet people and make them feel welcome . I am retired and worked for CIBC for 23 years so I know the kind of service required to make a company successful . Ally is one of the best at your store . Thank you!
